As Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer, Krishnan has played a pivotal role in the growth of the Online Examination Services business vertical over the years. Krish started his journey with NSEIT in Feb 2006 and played an instrumental role in the incorporation of NSEIT US Inc during the same year. In the subsequent years, he was responsible for business development and building key Enterprise Software Solution clients pan India. In 2015 he was promoted to SBU Head for DEX’s Online Examination and was accountable for handling Business Development, Operations, delivery & Customer Support.

Krishnan has over 30 +years of credible Business Development experience as a Market Creator and a Client Relationship Professional. His drive to chase revenue numbers for both the top line & the bottom line is unparalleled. An excellent communicator, Krishnan’s extensive experience in implementing strategies and team building and his ability to assess various situational changes to deliver quality & timely client projects are well known in the industry.

Krishnan has been driving business excellence for over 17 years at NSEIT. Prior to NSEIT, he was in charge of a product company, adding channel partners and developing markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia & US.

Dr. Paresh spearheads core function of technology solutioning, delivery and innovation at NSEIT and is a mastermind behind all technology transformation projects at NSEIT’s business units – digital examination, digital transformation and cyber security.

As part of his role, he leads team of presales consultants, solution architects, delivery experts and manages technology talent across all NSEIT projects through stringent project governance ensuring 100% process excellence. He is also playing a pivotal role in setting up innovation lab to keep up with new advanced technologies and products which can be integrated with client’s future-ready digital transformation journey.

With over 26 years of rich industry experience, Dr. Paresh’s career has seen him effectively lead high business impact teams across areas of Software Business Strategy and Roadmap, Technology Thought Leadership, Solution Architecture, Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, Big Data Analytics, User Experience (UX), Exchange and Brokerage solutions, Cloud-based solution architecture, Technology deployment for large integrated solutions, Technology COE creation, Business Development support for multiple geographies.

In his career span, he has worked with several leading companies including global MNC at leadership role like Multi Commodity Exchange, Indian Energy Exchange and Mphasis (earlier an HP company). Before joining NSEIT, he was leading the technology team of MCX as Chief Information Officer and was involved in defining the technology strategy and roadmap.

Dr. Paresh is an Engineering Graduate, and holds an M.Tech and a PhD in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) application from IIT Kharagpur.

Chintan is the Vice President of the Digital Examination business at NSEIT and oversees P&L and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Business Unit. He has been instrumental in scaling up the NSEIT digital examination business across India and has successfully driven adoption across government and private business entities.

Over the past two decades, Chintan has been associated with many global financial institutions across consultancy, delivery, quality management, business development, and business process management roles. Before joining NSEIT, he had successful stints with Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance, Pramerica Life Insurance, Max Life Insurance, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Orbitech Solutions Limited.

Chintan has a Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani (India). He is a Six Sigma certified professional and additionally has ISO and Business Excellence certifications to his name. In his spare time, and as part of his regular learning curve, he follows news from the world of technology start-ups, e-learning doyens, and world leaders. Chintan is passionate about interacting with young minds and involves himself in various teaching and mentorship causes.

Anantharaman Sreenivasan (Ganesh) has two-plus decades of enriched experience in various markets and industry verticals across consulting, technology, operations, and products. He is currently the CEO & Managing Director of NSEIT.

In his erstwhile role, Ganesh was Cognizant’s Vice President & Country Head of India Market, responsible for client-centricity, P&L, business, and strategic direction for this region. He was also part of the global Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Global Growth Market (GGM) Leadership, and the India Leadership Council (ILC) for Cognizant.

Earlier, he worked in multiple leadership roles at IBM, driving Digital business, Analytics, Cognitive, and Cloud adoption across industry verticals. In his long stint with the Financial Services vertical, he has been responsible for driving some of the largest global digital transformation and strategic outsourcing programs for BFSI clients. In his many stints, he has also worked closely with the IBM research and IBM software labs to explore and leverage the adoption of new-age technologies to address business problems.

Previously he was with iGate Global Solutions in the NA region and was responsible for setting up their Media & Entertainment practice globally. Ganesh spent the early years of his career with two of India’s leading media houses, Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd. (The Times Group) and The Indian Express Newspapers Ltd.

Ganesh holds a BE Mechanical degree from Pune University and a Master’s in Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. He is a recipient of the prestigious Master Deal Maker certification from INSEAD. Ganesh has completed the Breakthrough Value Leadership Executive program by Boston Toronto Group and IBM (a Harvard Executive Leadership Program). He has also been part of various leadership development programs, such as the GGM Global Leadership of Cognizant (conducted in Amsterdam for top leaders of Cognizant).

Ganesh is a member of the Regional Council for NASSCOM and CII and is regularly invited as an industry speaker in various forums.

A hands-on leader, Sameer is a core technologist nearing three decades of experience in cybersecurity and organization leadership.

Sameer co-founded Aujas Cybersecurity, a global company focused on cybersecurity transformation. Instated in 2008 with venture backing, Aujas Cybersecurity is now a subsidiary of NSEIT.

Earlier, Sameer held business and technology leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, and Microland.

An Engineering graduate from the University of Pune and Executive Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, Sameer held several industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ITIL Masters, etc., and is an active member and contributor to the Forbes Technology Council. Sameer also speaks at industry events and enjoys mentoring young talent with his associations with schools and universities.

Kaustubh Laturkar has over 25 years of enriched experience in various global markets and industry verticals across consulting, sales, delivery, and business solutioning. He is passionate about art-of-possible within ‘Digital Transformation’ and believes that ‘Digital Transformation’ is about holistic transformation than just about technology. Kaustubh is excited about opportunities in ‘sustainability’ leveraging technology.

In his erstwhile role, Kaustubh was part of the Senior Leadership Team at Cognizant and the Global Leadership Team of Cognizant Digital Business – AI and Data/Analytics business. He was one of the founding members of Cognizant’s ‘Artificial Intelligence’ team, funded by the CEO for incubating AI within Cognizant. Kaustubh spearheaded several strategic market units across the globe and transformed Cognizant’s competitive positioning in these markets.

Kaustubh was responsible for large P&L, delivery, and portfolio solutioning. He ran several strategic initiatives at the organizational level. He was Centre Head for Pune and Mumbai locations for AI and Analytics business, leading a team of around 3000 employees. He was also responsible for building capabilities locally within these locations.

Kaustubh considers himself fortunate for getting mentored by senior leaders in the industry and thereby getting exposure to all parts of the business. He has been working with executive leaders across the industry and board members.

A mechanical engineer by education, Kaustubh is passionate about solving complex business problems using the power of technology. He is also a regular speaker at various industry forums and universities.

Vishal is a part of the founding team of cloudxchange.io. He has over two decades of experience in the information technology and services industry. His diverse experience across IT Service Management, Strategy, and Partner Development has seen him associate with brands such as Hewlett-Packard, Reliance Communications, and IBM.

Vishal pioneered the IBM Smart Cloud services and was instrumental in building IBM GTS Cloud services and has been credited for closing a major Private cloud VDI opportunity with one of the leading engineering companies during the day.

Before scaling cloudxchange.io, Vishal successfully built a public cloud services startup – efficloud.com and was wholly invested in growth scalers for this brand. This experience has augured well as he continues evangelizing cloud adoption and building public cloud setups for many leading Indian DC service providers. His penchant for blending technology and strategy makes him a trusted cloud technology strategist.

During his enterprising tenure with HP, Vishal was felicitated with the MVP Award in APJ, where he and his team scaled up the company’s virtualization business by 200% Y-o-Y.

He holds a Management degree in Marketing from MET Institute of Management, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation. He is an avid technology reader and is regularly invited to deliver seminars on cloud computing at premier educational institutions and national and international forums.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for NSEIT Ltd and its subsidiaries, M.N. Hariharan oversees Finance, Legal, Tax and Admin functions. He is a CA by profession and has 28 years of experience in the Finance & Accounting domain handling assignments on Strategic Planning, Commercial Operations and Risk Management. He has been associated with renowned companies like Peak Infrastructure (A Brookfield Company), ICCL, Xander, K. Raheja Corp and Essar Group in the past.

His areas of expertise are Financial Planning and Control, Fund Management, Costing, Budgeting, Auditing and Taxation.

Navin is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Aujas Cybersecurity, an NSEIT Company. With extensive experience in driving the cybersecurity business and operations, he plays a vital role in the growth of Aujas in emerging markets. He is also in charge of managing the company’s growth and profitability.

Navin’s experience spans multiple industries such as BFSI, IT/ITeS, Retail, and Hospitality, where tech interventions continue to help reinvent the pureplay aspects of these industries. Navin has had successful stints with global brands like IBM, Network Solutions, and Microland Limited where he was entrusted with managing large teams focused on building customized solutions and client acquisition.

He holds a Master’s degree in marketing from NMIMS, Mumbai, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Amravati University, and a Diploma in Computer Studies from Hendon College, London. Navin is an ISACA®-certified Information Systems Auditor® and a certified coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has also completed an Executive Management Degree from IIM Kozhikode. He has been a part of the Board of Directors at NSEIT ever since the strategic merger of Aujas Cybersecurity with NSEIT in 2018.

He enjoys reading books on effective leadership strategies in his spare time.

Dr. Pratap is the Senior Vice President at NSEIT, driving large strategic client relations globally across services lines for the European and North American markets. With 25+ years of experience as a Business leader, Pratap is instrumental in exploring new revenue opportunities through critical business partnerships, strategies, and sustainable plans for future-focused growth.

Before joining NSEIT as the Global Head of Sales, Pratap was part of the CME Europe team at Infosys, handling large global communication giants before moving to Digital Consulting at P5.

Earlier, Pratap led the French international business at Orange, driving sales for large accounts outside the Paris HQ, and helmed a team across six continents. He established the IT/ITeS vertical and created a global delivery model to serve customers.

As the Head of Sales for the Global Banking and Financial Markets vertical at British Telecom, Pratap interacted with Wall Street’s large financial services organizations. He established a good network with financial institutions by working on the low-latency BT Radianz offering for Capital Markets. He also drove the Financial Services business at Vodafone Global Enterprise (C&W) and set up the System Integration Practice. Pratap has had a stint with HCL as the Sales Head for the Large Account Management (LAM) Group.

Pratap holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communications, an MBA in International Business, and a Ph.D. in Digital Transformation. He has published several research papers in leading journals on wide-ranging digital transformation topics.

Suma leads the marketing function of NSEIT and its subsidiaries. She is a seasoned technology marketer with over 24 years of experience in B2B domains. Before joining NSEIT, Suma was associated with Birlasoft, KPIT, SYSTIME, Satyam Computer Services Ltd., FCB ULKA, and Grasim Industries.

A strategic thinker with proven experience in leading the marketing function, she specializes in managing end-to-end strategy to execution of channel priorities in coordination with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams. With rich experience in M&A integration communication, Suma has been instrumental in building impactful brands.

Suma has been awarded the ‘Most Influential MarTech Leader’ by World Marketing Congress thrice. She has also been ranked among the Top 50 Content Marketers in India and among the Top 100 Digital Marketing professionals in India by Paul Writer. Furthermore, Suma has been listed among the ‘Most Influential Brand Leaders’ in 2023.

Suma is an alumnus of the Goa Institute of Management, specializing in Advertising and Marketing, and is also a PG Diploma holder in Digital Strategies and Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School. Suma is actively involved in community-driven initiatives and is passionate about teaching the younger generation, as she sees the potential for a better future with responsible education and holistic nurturing.
