Managed Windows

Managed services are designed to enable customers to pick up combination of services from a menu to meet its IT management requirements and priorities. The services cover administration (routine maintenance activities), operations (service desk, backups etc…) and Management (availability, performance, change & configuration and Faults) of the Infrastructure.

The scope of NSEIT services as part of Managed Windows Services is as per following details:

Administration

Managed MSSQL service provides monitoring and management of MSSQL databases.
